  • Day 1 : Arrival Kuching

    Arrive at Kuching and enjoy transfer to a hotel. Check-in and spend the rest of the day at your own pace. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel. 

  • Day 2 : Kuching

    Have sumptuous breakfast at the hotel and meet your driver cum guide to begin your half day Kuching city and river tour. You would be visiting Kuching’s Chinatown, the vibrant Tua Pel Kong Chinese Temple, the Civic Centre Viewing Platform and world renowned Sarawak Museum. On your return you would view the Golden-domed City Mosque, Old Kuching (packed with spice dealers and textile shops), heritage buildings of the White Rajah era, the Pavilion, the Square Tower, the Court House, the Charles Brooke Monument, the Post Office, the Astana and the form er residence of the White Rajahs. Post this you would board pontoon boats for Sarawak River Cruise. You will get to view the historical Kuching from a different angle and would also have a complete experience of traditional life on the river. You would return to your hotel by afternoon and have the rest of the day at leisure. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day 3 : Kuching

    Enjoy the breakfast and you will have first half of the day at your own leisure. You would be contacted by your guide in the afternoon who would take you on a street food tour at Lau YA Keng, Capreneter Street for Sarawak Laksa. You can also try the traditional Lek Tau Suang, porridge like dessert available across the food court, at a hawker’s stall. After this, you would walk down the lane to reach Black Bean Coffee, a small café specializing in an aromatic Sarawak Gurmet Coffee, made up from freshly blended coffee beans. Then you continue to the Waterfont and catch a sampan/penambang to cross the Sarawak River and finally meet the Malay kampings inhabiting the northern part of the city and taste their famous delicacy- Sarawak Layer Cake/ Kek Lapis straight out of the oven.  Form here, you head to explore a local coffee shop with multiple stalls offering their uniqueness like Kolo Mee, Tomato Kueh Tiaw & Cha Kueh. After this, take 10 minutes drive to have the favorite of Kuchingites- Bintawa Kueh Chap. After enjoying this delicacy, return to the centre to have the last eatable for the day- Gula Apong Ice Cream, made out of fresh cold ice cream with palm sugar. Wrap up from here and enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day 4 : Kuching

    This day is dedicated to develop and enhance your culinary skills. Post breakfast leave the hotel for a cooking class in a traditional Sarawak Style Setting. This is an amazing opportunity to learn cooking real Sarawak food in a traditional yet fun setting with humble experts who do not shy away from sharing their Sarawaks’ culinary secrets. Not only this, for a more relatable cooking experience, you would be going on a guided walk to the local market to buy ingredients for cooking. Upon return from the market, cook and enjoy the dishes. Post meal, return to the hotel in the afternoon having the rest of the day leisure. Also, enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day 5 : Kuching

    After having breakfast, leave the hotel for a full day tour to Bako National Park where lunch would also be served. You would reach this small peninsular region by taking almost one and a half hours drive by car from Kuching and later longboat. The Bako National Park has seven different rainforest ecosystems and inhabits amazing variety of flora and fauna including proboscis monkeys, silvered langurs, macaque monkeys, wild boars, flying squirrels, monitor lizards, mangroves, strangling figs, pitcher plants, ant plants, more than hundred different bird sp ecies and much more.  You would leave from here by late afternoon with evening at your leisure. Return to the hotel and enjoy an overnight stay.

  • Day 6 : Kuching - Sri Aman

    After having a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel you would leave for Sri Aman. From here, you would continue your journey to Sri Aman with a halt at the Serian Town and Pepper Garden. You would visit the local market having native fruits and vegetables. You may also choose to have a local coffee break at one of the Kopitam in Serian. Post this, you would reach Pepper garden and see Pepper vines and its different kinds. Stop for lunch at Lachau Café and you would reach Sri Aman late in the afternoon. If you are left with some free time, a visit to F ort Alice would be arranged, the oldest heritage building of Sri Aman, built in 1864, following the victory of Rajah Charles Brooke. Fort Alice famously served as a defensive structure to control the Lupal River. You would check in a hotel for an overnight stay and have your dinner at a local restaurant.

  • Day 7 : Sri Aman - Batang Ai Mengkak Longhouse - Sri Aman

    After having breakfast at the hotel, you would leave Sri Aman for one and a half hours journey to the hydro dam. From here, you would take a motorized native longboat to cross the lake and reach into the Engkari River. Approximetaly after 30 minutes, you would reach the Iban Lonhouse- Mengkak Longhouse located on a hill beside the river. Here you would enjoy a quick cultural performance and blow pipe demonstration by the inhabitants of the longhouse. Post these performances, you would enjoy lunch and have the rest of the day at your leisure. Return to yo ur hotel via the same route and enjoy an overnight stay.

  • Day 8 : Sri Aman - Kuching

    Today, after having your breakfast you would leave for Kuching via the same route as you arrived from. You would halt for lunch at a small roadside town before you resume your journey and return back to the hotel.

  • Day 9 : Kuching - Mulu

    After having your breakfast at the hotel, you would be transferred to the airport to board your flight to Mulu. Upon your arrival at the Mulu Airport, you will be received by our reliable representative and have a transfer to Mulu Marriott Resort & Spa for check-in. Later in the afternoon, you would again meet our representative at the resort lobby for Mulu National Park headquarters.Post this, you would return via the same plank walk to reach the park headquarters. A transfer back to the resort would be provided so that you can enjoy your dinner and an overnight stay at the resort.

  • Day 10 : Mulu

    After having breakfast at the resort, you would get on the longboat to reach Batu Bungan- Penan Settlement. Here, you would be able to witness the tribal’s everyday life and may also choose to buy selected handicrafts available for sale. Post this, the journey on longboat would resume for Wing Cave and Clearwater Cave. You would have your lunch at the Clearwater summer huts. Post lunch, you may also swim in the Clearwater Spring. After this, you would return to your resort by longboat for dinner and an overnight stay.
