Welcome to Madagascar! Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. Take some time to rest or explore the city’s vibrant culture, historical sites and lively markets. 

Journey to Andasibe, stopping at the famous Pereyras Farm, home to colourful chameleons, frogs and butterflies. Upon arrival, check into your hotel before heading out for a night walk to spot nocturnal creatures. 

Explore Andasibe National Park, home to the famous indri-indri and a variety of other lemurs. Enjoy an afternoon visit to Lemur Island, where you can observe these playful primates up close. 

Drive back to Tana and take a guided city tour. Discover the fascinating history, charming architectureand bustling markets of Madagascar’s capital. Enjoy a beautiful sunset view over the city. 

Travel south through the scenic highlands, stopping at Ambatolampy to see traditional aluminium workshops. Arrive in Antsirabe, known for its colonial charm, lakes and artisan crafts. 

Continue south, stopping in Ambositra, the heart of Malagasy woodcraft. Explore workshops of skilled Zafimaniry artisans before heading to Ranomafana National Park, where rich rainforests await. 

Embark on a guided walk through Ranomafana’s rainforest, home to lemurs, chameleons and diverse flora. In the evening, take a night walk to spot nocturnal creatures like the mouse lemur. 

Journey to the breathtaking Tsaranoro Valley, stopping in Ambalavao to visit the Antemoro paper workshop and Anja Reserve, a haven for ring-tailed lemurs. 

Enjoy a full day of hiking in Tsaranoro, exploring sacred forests, palm groves and rugged landscapes. This area offers some of the most stunning views in Madagascar. 

Travel south to Ranohira, passing through vast plateaus and the Bara tribe's villages. This region is known for its open landscapes and giant termite mounds. 

Spend the day trekking through Isalo National Park, discovering its dramatic rock formations, deep canyons and natural swimming pools. End the day with a breathtaking sunset at Isalo’s famous "Window" rock formation. 

Drive south through the sapphire-mining town of Ilakaka and visit Zombitse National Park, a unique dry forest habitat. Continue to Ifaty, a beautiful beachside village perfect for relaxation. 

Spend a relaxing day by the beach or explore Reniala Reserve, home to giant baobabs and spiny forests. Optional activities include snorkelling, diving and village visits. 

Transfer to the airport in Tuléar for a flight back to Tana. Upon arrival, enjoy free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. 

Visit the artisan markets for souvenirs before transferring to the airport. Say Veloma! (goodbye) as you embark on your onward journey with unforgettable memories of Madagascar.
