A full day of game drives in the Mara. Join morning and afternoon safaris through the vast plains of the reserve, returning to the camp for lunch and some time to relax. Seek out the Big Five – rhinos, elephants, lions, leopards and Cape buffalo – and other species such as hyenas, cheetahs and the distinctive Masai giraffes.

Depart the camp with a picnic lunch for full days on safari. Depending on where the migration is, your driver will take you to a river to see herds of wildebeest and zebra make their perilous crossing - often pursued by crocodiles, lions and other predators. If there’s no crossing taking place, you can take a game drive and return to the river later.

Head northeast to Lake Nakuru National Park and check in to the Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge for 2 nights. Set on a hilltop overlooking the lake, the lodge features a swimming pool and a gorgeous terrace with sunset views.
 
After lunch, take an afternoon game drive. Famous for its flocks of flamingos and pelicans, Lake Nakuru is also home to more than thirty rhinos, a healthy leopard population, lions and a host of other wildlife.
