  • Day 03 : Delhi - Chambal

    Get ready for an early morning drive to the relaxed village of Chambal for a two night stay. Enjoy a sightseeing tour of the nearby Bateshwar temples on your way.

  • Day 04 : Chambal (Agra)

    In the morning, take a relaxing boat ride on the Chambal River with the opportunity of sighting ‘Gharial’ (a highly specialised species of crocodile), the rare Gangetic River Dolphin and a wealth of bird life including Indian skimmers. You can also choose to visit the Taj Mahal this afternoon.

  • Day 05 : Chambal - Gwalior

    Drive to the peaceful city of Gwalior this morning. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel for a two night stay. Spend the afternoon time at leisure. In the evening, enjoy a Son et lumière show.

  • Day 06 : Gwalior

    After having a hot breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of the city. See here the imposing Gwalior Fort and the Scindia Museum palace. The afternoon is free to explore the area or relax at the hotel.

    Drive to Panna, popularly known as A City of Diamonds. On route, visit the famous Chandela temple complex at Khajuraho. Upon arrival at Panna, check-in at your hotel for the next two nights.

    You can opt to spend this day at your leisure or may choose to enjoy a relaxing boat ride on the Ken River. You may also choose to go for a jeep safari in Panna National park.

  • Day 11 : Panna - Varanasi

    Varanasi, previously known as Kashi is one of the world’s oldest religious sites. Start your city tour during dawn and bag some of the best life experiences at Varanasi. Transfer to the banks of the river Ganges and observe thousands of faithful performing several religious activities and offering prayers at the Ghat. Drive to Daswamedh Ghat and take a boat ride on the river to experience the traditions of this world’s oldest living city. Afterwards, drive to Sarnath, which is 5 miles away from Varanasi. Visit here, one of the holiest Buddhis t sites in the world, where Lord Buddha preached his first Sermon in 592 BC and also get a chance to witness an excellent collection of Buddhist art sculptures at a fine museum here.     This morning at Varanasi, is fixed for a relaxation or exploration on the ghats. Later in the evening, begin your train journey for Lucknow. Check in at your hotel in Lucknow .

    Post breakfast proceed for a full day excursion of the city. Visit the Residency Complex, site of the infamous siege of 1857 which was one of the first revolts against the British authorities. Also, visit the Dilkusha Gardens, La Martinière University, the Islamic Imambara shrine and Romi Darwaja city gate. Late in the evening, collect some interesting souvenirs from the vibrant bazaars of Lucknow.
